All Lovense products are 100% body safe. None of our products contain phthalates or any other harmful chemicals. We test our products thoroughly and consider health safety as a top priority!

3. Can I use Flexer in water?

Flexer is fully waterproof. You can use it during a shower or bath without any issues. Please be aware that Bluetooth connectivity in/under water is not stable!

4. What does IPX7 Waterproof mean?

IP stands for “Ingress Protection” and measures how well a device is protected from both solid objects and liquids.

IPX means that the product passed a specific IP test done by a certified, independent company, and was tested for protection from liquids.

IPX7 rating means that the product can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes.

5. Which brand of lube do you recommend to use with Flexer?

We recommend using a high quality water-based lube, like Water-Based Lubricant. This should avoid the need to re-apply in the middle of use.

6. Does Flexer sync with Max 2?

Flexer does NOT have the ability to sync with Max 2. Only Nora, Calor or another Max/Max 2 can sync with Max 2.

8. How to clean Flexer?

Clean with warm water and mild soap (or a sex toy cleaner) and dry thoroughly before storing. DO NOT boil in water (the battery may explode or water could leak into the toy).

9. Can I use Flexer anally?

Flexer is not designed for anal use and we strongly advise against doing that as Flexer may break easily. If you're interested in a product for anal use, please consider Hush 2 (butt plug available in four sizes), Edge 2 (male prostate massager), or Ridge (rotating vibrating anal beads).
