1. Which brand of lube do you recommend to use with Calor?

We recommend using a high quality water-based lube, like Water-Based Lubricant. This should avoid the need to re-apply in the middle of use.

2. Can I use Calor in water?

Calor is fully waterproof. You can use it during a shower or bath without any issues. Please be aware that Bluetooth connectivity in/under water is not stable!

3. What material is Calor made from? Is it safe?

All Lovense products are 100% body safe. None of our products contain phthalates or any other harmful chemicals. We test our products thoroughly and consider health safety as a top priority!

Calor is made from ABS plastic and pure silicone.

1. After successfully pairing Calor to your phone, tap on the Calor panel in the My Toys section.
2. Tap "Program" button to see the programming options.
3. Tap "Adjust Levels" to adjust the first three levels.
4. Tap "Create New Pattern" to add a preset pattern onto Calor.

6. What does IPX7 Waterproof mean?

IP stands for “Ingress Protection” and measures how well a device is protected from both solid objects and liquids.

IPX means that the product passed a specific IP test done by a certified, independent company, and was tested for protection from liquids.

IPX7 rating means that the product can be submerged up to 1 meter in water for 30 minutes.

9. How does the heating feature work?

Attach the charging cable and hold Button A for 3 seconds. Heating may take 5-20 minutes depending on room temperature. When the orange light on Button B turns OFF, the toy is fully heated. When using this feature, check the toy’s temperature with your hand before inserting penis.
